The 3-day refund

Not happy for any reason? Email hello@mrcog-ai.com within 3 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full, with no conditions, no questions asked. This is separate from, and in addition to, the Pass Guarantee below.

The Pass Guarantee: three conditions

1. Coverage: by your exam day, you have attempted at least 80% of the approved question bank for your exam part (measured against the bank as it stands on exam day).
2. Readiness: your readiness score is in the green band (70+ out of 100) on exam day, the same score shown on your dashboard gauge.
3. Result: you sat the exam at the sitting your package covers and received a fail.

What you get

Free access for the next exam cycle: your account is extended to the next published sitting's results day plus 30 days, at no charge.

How claims work

• On exam day we record a snapshot of your coverage and readiness. This is the eligibility record, and you'll get an email confirming whether you're covered before you sit the paper.
• If you fail, submit a claim from your dashboard within 30 days of results day. We may ask you to forward your RCOG result email to verify.
• Claims are reviewed by a human (usually within a few days) and approved extensions are applied automatically.

The small print, in plain English

• The Pass Guarantee applies to the Pass Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3 Packages. It does not apply to the Whole MRCOG Journey plan, which is not tied to a single sitting. The 3-day refund applies to every plan.
• You need a target exam date set in your account before exam day, so we know which sitting to snapshot.
• One free cycle per failed sitting. If lightning strikes twice, meet the conditions again in your free cycle and the guarantee renews with it.
• We reserve the right to refuse claims that game the conditions (e.g. bulk-clicking through questions without engaging). Honest effort is all we ask.
